Residential Service & Support Rates

Whether a virus has your computer locked up or you're installing new software, Compunet offers comprehensive solutions to your service and support needs. Compunet takes pride in our customer-first approach to technology and our residential services are no exception.

Drop Off - $75/hour
Drop off your computer or schedule a time to bring it in and save money on the hourly rate. Simply drop off your computer, fill out a form detailing the problem and we'll take a look at it and call with a diagnosis. The minimum charge for this service is $75, even if your computer is not fixable, but you can apply that amount to the purchase of a new computer from Compunet.

House Call - $95/hour
Many times a phone call or dropping off your equipment is not feasible. If you are experiencing computer nightmares and wish you could have a computer expert stop by and make the bad dreams go away...wish no more! Call Compunet, explain your troubles to our customer service department and they will schedule an appointment for a visit from a Compunet technician who will quickly figure out how to get you back on track.
